Frequently Asked Questions

Swingers is an over 18's venue (excluding Sundays before 6pm at Swingers West End) and so guests who are 25 or younger or who are lucky enough to look under 25 years old will be asked to provide valid photo ID in it's original form on arrival as we operate a strict Challenge 25 policy. Acceptable forms of IDs include valid passports, UK driving licenses or any card with the approved PASS logo.

Swingers West End will welcome under 18s before 6pm in our family sessions. Children must be 7+ to play crazy golf and under 18s must be accompanied by an adult.

On the day, you should arrive at Swingers no later than 15 mins before your time slot begins to get allocated a crazy golf tee off time (start time). Please note: your tee off time may not be until near the end of your chosen time slot. The earlier that you get to Swingers, the more tee-off times there will be available in your time slot for you to choose from. You are free to come as early as you like beforehand to enjoy our street food and bar.

Tickets cost £12 per person during off-peak times (Weekdays before 5pm) and £15 per person during peak times for one round of crazy golf. You can also purchase food and drink packages starting from £31 per person. Crazy golf isn't compulsory, you can join us for street food and cocktails with no entry fee. 

When you purchase your ticket you pick a time slot which is 30 minutes long. The time slot is not your playing time. On the day, you should arrive at Swingers no later than 15 mins before your time slot begins. You will be allocated a tee-off time on arrival. Your tee-off time could be near the beginning or end of your time slot. The earlier you arrive, the better the choice of tee-offs available.

Swingers is for over 18's except on Sundays before 6pm at our West End venue. Families are welcome during our designated Sunday sessions. Children must be 7+ to play crazy golf and under 18s must be accompanied by an adult.

To reserve a table or area you need to prebook one of our packages. You can do this by booking a package with a reserved area on our website, by speaking with our events team on 020 3030 4111 or fill out our enquiry form here.

We're not big into dress codes, we'd rather concentrate on having fun. We just ask that you come dressed for crazy golf and cocktails. We kindly ask that you don't come in fancy dress - however golf attire is always encouraged!

Swingers is wheelchair friendly, with a fully accessible crazy golf course. If you or a member of your group is a wheelchair user, please book your tickets online and contact us ahead of your visit to let us know you’ll need a slot on the accessible course. Please include your name and reference number in the email and we will make sure you are booked on to the correct course.

Please note - Swingers City is temporarily not accessible for wheelchair users due to a technical fault with the lift. We are working hard to get this fixed as soon as possible. If you have booked tickets to visit Swingers City but require lift access please call our events team on 020 3030 4111 who will be able to help. We apologise for any inconvenience.

It varies depending on how busy we are. At peak times it will probably take 30 to 40 minutes to play 9 holes. When we are less busy, your round may be quicker.

Our Terrace at Swingers West End is an outdoor space with a retractable covered roof. In the event of extreme weather we may have to close the space at short notice. For enquiries regarding larger group bookings on the Terrace please contact the sales team on 020 3030 4111.

Sadly, we currently do not offer gift vouchers, though watch this space!

Unfortunately Swingers online tickets are non-refundable and non-changeable. However we do make an exception: if it is more than 48 hours before the date of your online booking and you book the same number of tickets on another date, we will refund your first online booking. Contact the venue you booked and we will email you a step-by-step guide. If you are unable to find another date to re-book then you can pass your tickets on to a friend to use, just give them your confirmation email or get them to check-in at Swingers using the name the booking was made in. Any online booking amend requests received within 48 hours of your booking date will not be accepted and no shows will not be refunded.

Absolutely - crazy golf is not compulsory, just join us for street food and drinks! There is no cover charge and we will be open until late.

If you are running late please let us know by calling 0203 846 3222 and we will make every effort to fit you in to play (although this cannot be guaranteed and we can't give a refund).

When you make a booking, you should receive a confirmation email from Swingers. We sometimes find that confirmation emails can be blocked by work email filters (because of the word Swingers) or can go straight into your junk mail, so it's worth checking there before getting in touch. If you can't find your confirmation email, contact the venue with the email address that you booked with and as much information about your booking as possible so we can reissue the confirmation email.

No - you can just show it to us on your phone. If you can't do that then don't worry, we'll have your name on our booking list.

Online tickets are released 1 months in advance daily.

We have plenty of options to cater for guests with special dietary requirements. We can cater for vegetarian, vegan, gluten free and halal. Take a look at our food and drink menu to see the dishes available based. Please note, if you have a serious allergy or dietary requirement please make it known to a member of staff in the venue, who will be able to help.

We kindly request that guests don't bring food from outside into the venue. For celebrations, guests can pre-order a variety of delicious treats as well as branded dough bites for. Please contact our sales team directly on 020 3030 4111 to place your order.

Yes! We have a specially curated cocktail and drinks menu with highly skilled bartenders on hand to make up your favourite drink. After you've built up an appetite, we have some of London's favourite street food vendors including Pizza Pilgrims, Patty&Bun, Breddos Tacos and Crosstown cooking up delicious dishes. You can purchase food and drink packages on our website. On arrival to the venue you'll be handed vouchers which can be redeemed at the bar for your food and drink. For larger groups, you can purchase packages through our events team on 020 3030 4111 or make an enquiry through our website here.

To book Carnival, there are three options: you can purchase it directly from our website, pick up a game card at the venue, or purchase it as part of a package through our sales team. For larger groups, Carnival can also be booked for private and exclusive hire by contacting our sales team at 020 3030 4111 or making an enquiry online. 

Upon arrival, each player will receive a game card. To play, tap your card on the reader to start each game, earn tickets as you play, and redeem for prizes at our prize shop!

Carnival can be purchased on our website for £10. Alternatively, you can pick up a gamecard wristband at reception or one of our kiosks in-venue and top up in multiples of £5. Each game is 8 credits to play and £10 gets you 40 credits + 8 bonus  credits.
